Paramount Recruitment is currently working with a global Life Science Consultancy who pride themselves on delivering exceptional solutions to improve customer value and company outcomes. The client is currently in the process of developing a creative advertising unit in order to diversify their existing range of services and are searching for key leadership hires in both the US and globally.
We're looking for a VP, Account Director. This role comprises of working independently to develop business opportunities and maximise company growth. You'll be responsible for driving business development, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, as well as increasing client reach. Your duties will involve putting together teams, setting a high standard to be followed and mentoring those under your direction. You'll work collaboratively across different disciplines, including leaders of experience design and strategy, devising innovative solutions where appropriate.

What we're looking for:
*BA/BS in a relevant field.
*7+ years of Pharma Advertising agency experience.
*Business development experience.
*Experience with the PRC process.
*Excellent communication and proven leadership skills.
*Desire to work in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
