Paramount Recruitment is currently working with a global Life Science Consultancy who pride themselves on delivering exceptional solutions to improve customer value and company outcomes. Our client is currently in the process of developing a creative advertising business unit in order to diversify their existing range of services and are searching for high quality candidates to join their exceedingly skilled team.
We're looking for a Strategic Planning Lead. This role involves combining expert marketing methods and business tactics to create fruitful advertising strategies for clients. You'll collaborate across a wide variety of disciplines to develop innovative ideas and launch the best strategic practices. You'll be a leader, accountable for spearheading design processes and mentoring those under your direction.
There's also an element of business development involved; you'll be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of excellent client relationships. You'll draw on an exceptional understanding of a range of strategic processes, supervising multiple projects simultaneously. What we're looking for:
*BA/BS in a relevant field.
*At least 7 years of Pharma Advertising agency experience.
*Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Experience in a position of leadership.
*Desire to work in a high-growth, challenging environment.
