One of the key pillars of Life Sciences consulting is work in the field space - helping pharma and biopharma companies maximize the effectiveness of their most important commercial asset - their field force. The focus of the Senior Manager position would entail working with clients to develop their field strategies and technologies through bringing a customer-centric view to field strategy and planning, deeply understand the best in class technologies available, and building innovative strategies which help our clients stay relevant with their customers.


The Role:

- Advise clients on various aspects of field models including but not limited to: tip of the spear strategies to reimagine relevance for customer engagements, next generation field technologies, tools and data, and operational best practices for enabling field forces

- Head up large global teams to deliver field strategy, readiness, technology roll outs and operations to Life Sciences clients

- Develop field assets, including whitepapers, POVs, and thought capital pieces for publication

- Lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, redesigning process, deploying technologies, and taking remedial steps

- Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes

- Deliver high value consulting sales
