Kerry McDaid

Kerry’s recruitment experience spans 20 years. She has worked as both a top- billing, hands-on recruiter with the S3 group and as a high achieving team manager in the IT marketplace at Monarch Recruitment. She’s been with Paramount Recruitment for over 7 years and is currently our Operations Manager.

Kerry is also a qualified trainer and runs our intensive induction training program, as well as our leadership development and consultant training courses. CIPD trained, Kerry holds Human Resource qualifications and looks after Paramount’s HR, compliance, invoice and accountancy functions and services. Keeping her hand in recruitment, Kerry is the account manager for one of our major contract clients and manages our portfolio of contractors.
