Jade Page

Jade is a BSc graduate from Birmingham University who joined Paramount Recruitment in 2011. She found that the recruitment industry played to her strengths of building relationships, adding value to businesses and helping people to be successful.

Jade started at Paramount as a junior Resourcer and has since worked her way up to a Team Leader and Principal position where she covers the Bioinformatics and Data Science industry across the US east coast, with a main focus in the competitive Boston market. During her time at Paramount, she has succeeded in delivering at a high level for global companies, supporting initial growth at hectic start-ups and providing support to fast growing bioinformatics teams. She has accomplished this through a very strong network of trusting candidates, and she provides tailored services including retained and contingency searches, advertising, market mapping and salary/market guidance.

Throughout 2017, Jade took a sabbatical which enabled her to travel to Asia, Australia and New Zealand to widen her appreciation of worldwide culture.
